The well acclaimed Faroudja FLi2310 has been employed to allow for video scaling to 1080p resolution. This is replacing a JVC 5:1 and what a difference,
much better, overall sound.

i am using this to power home theater, ceiling mounted kitchen speakers and outdoor speakers. the hdmi inputs are so easy to hook up dvd, dvr laptop and lcd. plus the multiple optical make for a better connection to airport express. buy it

Great receiver. Only had one minor issue with the setup regarding the receiver not converting 1080p component video to HDMI. Overall though awesome receiver. Exactly what i wanted.
