The system has great sound and integrates well with newer components. HDMI components are easy to set up. The automatic sound/room analyzer worked very well and made the system sound better than out of the box.

Have used audiophile receivers in the past and am impressed with the overall value of this product. Easy to set up with the YPAO, front, center and subwoofer came out great. I used a sound level meter to tweak the rear speakers. Dolby True HD from my blu ray is FANTASTIC!! My speakers have never sounded so great. However all the different soundfield setting are a distraction. You will not be disappointed with this unit!!

I use my Yamaha receiver with a 7.1 Orb Audio speaker system. The auto setup (YPAO) did a pretty good job on the main speakers, but the Sub setting was way off. I set the sub manually and have been happy with the receiver ever since. It's a great receiver for the price.
