I bought this unit to route my IPod thru my home audio system. It does this perfectly. The internet radio is a great bonus, along with the ability to access my music from my computer. It takes some doing to get all the features working. The firmware update took several times when using the wireless connection. I can't compare to other such docking bays, but Denon did its homework and executed well.

Even after several calls to Denon Tech support I could not get this to work when connected to my Denon receiver. However I now have it connected directly to the television and my video ipod works fine (both audio & video) plus the wireless internet connection streams internet music. Instructions for setting up this device are terrible - lots of steps, but seems to me that key pieces of information needed to make it work are hidden or missing.
