Comments about Audiovox XMCK20P Xpress R XM Radio Receiver with Vehicle Kit:

This XM receiver has good sound and I have never lost reception. I use the casette that came with the device. The only negative is that it took a couple of tries to get the unit activated. I called in my subscription and the first time it did not activate. I had accidently turned off the accessory power to the car and that meant I had to call in to XM customer service and get them to resend the signal (you can also do it online). I also bought the home kit and have hooked it up to my Bose theater system. Sound couldn't be better. The one drawback to the "plug and play" unit are the wires. There is one wire from the casette to the receiver, one from the antenna to the receiver, and one from the lighther plug to the receiver. I have the unit mounted on my dashboard vent so it is a little tricky getting out of the passenger side when all of these things are hooked up. Other than that for the price you can't beat it.
