Needed to use both antennas in my area, but once I figured that out reception was clear as a bell. It froze up on me once and customer service was great and helped me reset it. She suggested uploading the latest firmware which I haven't done yet.

I bought the SkyFi3 because of its portability and low price compared to other portable satellite radios. I'm really happy with it. The instruction manual could be better, but I finally got it going. The radio did freeze up once, as I've heard other people complain, but it's easily reset by pushing Mode and volume up at the same time. Overall, I'm quite happy with the SkyFi3.

No problems at all until I upgraded firmware. Unless you are going to use the Napster thing, would heitate to update. Once I updated firmware, system has to be warm booted many times to startup in car dock when 12V is turned off and on.
