Comments about Nikon 8X25 Travelite Binoculars:

The Binoculars were a Birthday gift for our son. We have a pair of the same Binoculars which he likes very much. He was happy to receive a pair of his own. They are small and easy to take along and very nice to use.

Comments about Nikon 8X25 Travelite Binoculars:

This pair is a replacement for my 17 year old son. We both have had a pair of the Travelites for over 5 years. He was not kind to his binoculars with his scout outings and birdathons.

His outings included high adventures to the backpacking country of the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, Boundary Waters Area near Ely, Minnesota, scout summer camp and weekend outings year around. The binoculars have ventured to the ocean, swamps, wetlands, rivers, lakes and forests. They have been crammed in luggage, backpacks, dry sacks and tubs. Put in cars, troop buses and planes. It is amazing they held up as well as they did.....

Comments about Nikon 8X25 Travelite Binoculars:

I bought these for hunting because they are lightweight. I have an older set of 7X35 Nikon's and hoped these would have similar quality glass (which they do). So far I am quite pleased with these binoculars but was a little disappointed that they were built in China. Hopefully they will last as long as my older Nikon's, time will tell. Overall impression - great for the price payed...

Comments about Nikon 8X25 Travelite Binoculars:

Searched for the best reasonably priced compact binoculars to bring to our family Yellowstone adventure. The price was right... they were easy enough for young and old... they worked like a charm. Quite happy w/ purchase, got another pair as a gift. Lense caps are tough to keep track of.
