Purchased these to replace pair of Nikkon 8X25 that I dropped in a salt water canal. I sent them in for a repair quote and found it cost more to fix than to replace. I loved those - took to the rivers and to the desert. This new purchase had a special price tag plus they are waterproof. I take on canoe & kayak day outings and extended trips as well as trail hiking.
I would buy these again...and have!

I use these fine binoculars, to identify passengers in approaching boats, should I not recognize the vessel. There will always be a pair on the veranda. Another fine Nikon product!
