I like this device, the only problem that i have found it's when you are making a phone call to one of those companies that have recording machines and multiples options (press 1 for customer service, press 2 for whatever), well after dialing the number the number pad disappear and you are not able to press any number.

This is better than professional video conferencing systems costing many thousands of dollars. For some 10$ per month it allows you to call all worldwide phone numbers for free, for some 3$ per month you get your own local phone number where people without skype can call you. This is finally a communication device as simple and reliable as the old black rotary phone, but so much more powerful and cheaper to operate!!!

Two of my 3 children and 5 grandchildren live in another state and the ability to see them whenever I want is very valuable to me. My husband also loves using it to talk with the kids. We are so pleased a friend showed us his phone.

This is great product overall, my parent are very happy, they are not technical people, actually more then 3 buttons is very high tech for them, I can see them across the Atlantic ocean every time i need, or every time they have it plugged in, because the device gets little bit worm they are afraid that device will get burned, no sense on explaining to them that is normal.
I will recommend for anybody ho has parents far, far away, this cuts 10000 miles in 3 feet right a way, I congratulate the person who build this device.My parents walk with this device and they show me my old place where i group.

There is place for improvement, the audio some time gets killed and need to be reset, screen calibrate etc. Also will be nice if they can receive and send message like the computer Skype program. Also will be nice to be able to send pictures. Also for reset, one button and no need to recalibrate the screen. At this moment my brother is the local IT person who troubleshoot, but for people who have no clue about this things is complicated.

This product is the best phone I ever owned. It connected automatically to my WIFI network, I entered my skype ID and password, and it has been working ever since, with NO PROBLEM AT ALL. It costs money, but it has VALUE similar to high end conference call systems costing thousands of dollars. It is also the best speakerphone I ever had, with communication quality supperior to the device for 1500$ I have currently in my office. I plan to replace my company speaker phones with this unit.
