Comments about Canon PIXMA Pro9500 Professional Inkjet Printer:

I use the 9500 to print 13x19 (and other) pictures taken with a Nikon 40x. The included Photoshop plugin for printing is a valuable tool; it saves a to-jpeg step and automatically pairs paper type with ICC profile. Please note that this is probably the slowest printer on the planet; thus, if speed is important to you, buy a different product. Large photo printing is expensive - the amount of ink necessary and the cost of good photo paper are the reasons. Hint, given the ink costs don't try to save fifty cents on a two dollar piece of 13 x 19 paper, it would be lunacy.
