I was going to buy a pair of CDJs, but a friend who DJs professionally told me that it would be a waste of money. A pair of professional quality CDJs would cost 2 grand...if you spend less, you're not getting pro quality. So, I was able to get a much better value and more functionality by purchasing Scratch Live for a quarter of that price. It's fun to use and easy to figure out if you read the manual and watch online demos.

There was an event that I was asked to DJ...this prompted me to buy Scratch Live. I bought it, learned to use it, practiced for half a day, and then flawlessly rocked the party for almost five hours. If I can do it, you can. If you already have turntables, this purchase is a no brainer. I love this product, and its inspired me to start playing more gigs.
