The duplicator is an excellent product which makes good copies. I looked at other duplicators before settling on this one. The manufacturer was very quick to respond to my questions prior to purchase, which told me that they stand behind their product. The only downside to the duplicator is that it tends to be a bit noisy when duplicating - not overly so, but there is some noise.
