The MB10 in it's self is heavy and bulky, so the added weight of this battery is really nothing. You'll get way more battery life then other small stock battery.I'm glad I bought it. For those whom yap about the cost? Come on? If you own a D-300 whats a few extra bucks for a top of the line battery. Happy shooting.. maxi-1[@]

There's not much to say except, this is the Nikon brand battery, and it works exactly as it should.
Don't trust your expensive camera to an off-brand battery. Li-Ion batteries are nothing to fool around with. A cheap 3rd party Li_Ion battery can actually go into thermal run-away and catch on fire or even explode!

battery last a long time and charges fast. Its an expensive alternative to AA's to get 8fps. But its easier to carry. I have one for the D300 and D700. If I ever upgrade to a D3, then I am all set.
