This is a great point and shoot camera, especially for those on the road. I took it with me on a trip to Central Asia, and it fit great in my pocket and took solid photos all around. The original battery that is included does not last very long[...] Have owned Canon cameras in the past, and this is another solid, solid product. Would highly recommend.

I have a Canon Rebel XT, but often don't want to carry bulky camera. This is a great portable camera - take it hiking and every where else wjhen travelling - have gotten greeat lanscape and close uip with it.

One of the few compact cameras with a viewfinder - which is really nice to have in bright situations where lcd gets washed out

I love this camera too much. It is so compact fits my pocket very well and i don't feel any weight at all, coz its so light weight.

Very compact. Fits well in a cocktail purse. Disappointing short battery life, even just taking photos and not video. Need to not use automatic setting when taking photos in low light conditions and thus need to read manual and practice for conditions. Haven't used it outside yet but most cameras function well in sunlight. Has a powerful zoom.

This one is one second Canon Digital Camera. My Powershot S3 IS was not at all handy for short trips so I wanted one digital camera which can be put in my pocket. And here comes the perfect one. I really loved the face recognition algorithm this camera has.
