Comments about Kodak Easyshare M1033 Digital Camera - Silver (Shown in Black):

I have a Canon 30D and just love it but it is inconvenient to carry it everywhere. I needed a compact camera that I could tuck into my purse (I have done that with my Canon; ouch! too much weight).

I began looking for a compact camera and a very helpful sales clerk pointed the Kodak M1033 out to me. Told me it was good quality, good videos and also HD. Because I had a really good feeling about the integrity of this gentleman, I took a chance.

I am a cloud and sunset enthusiast and hate to miss shots of terrific cloud formations and sunsets so, with this little camera, I don't have to.

The only complaint I have about it is the learning curve. The instructions (what there was of them) were pretty useless and even when I looked on line, I didn't get clear answers to my questions.

With trial and error I finally figured out how to use it and am very happy with it.

Another reason I bought it was to take videos. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a video camera, since the quality and recording time was not important to me. This camera gives me what I need, and with descent quality and recording time.
