I have owed may Nikon products. Mostly Large body SLR's. Being use to the excellent results from those cameras, I was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality and ease of use these little cameras provide. This is our second S210 and we are very happy with the purchase. An external memory card gives the right flexibility when needing more space than this camera has on it's own.

I have used this camera for general purpose photo clicking and it gave me great results. the image quality is really good when it comes to the camera with such a low price. You cant ask for anything more. Its the most efficient camera that i used ever at such price.

I have yet to find a better value than this camera. The controls are so incredibly easy to use. The face recognition and ISO adjusting is great. 8.1 Megapixels is plenty, and all my pictures have come out beautifully clear. This pocket-sized device is perfect for party and family fun pics.

Pictures are somewhat grainy even at low ISO and VR is electronic, not optical so pictures are not very sharp in low light condition. Finish is not exactly black, it's like black brown. This camera is great for first time digital camera buyer, but for me, i'd rather pay a little more for better quality pictures.

A good setting can get u great pictures. Don't just fix to one setting before taking pictures. A very handy product. Good battery life but it would be gr8 if it holds for more time. easy modes of shoot so it will not be heck for starters. a gr8 product for a gr8 price.

I purchased this camera because I wanted to take good photos of my dogs. The size is great because I can keep it in my pocket for sudden shots of dog cuteness. I am not a camera freak so I need to practice with it more, but so far I have captured a nice photo for our holiday cards. I like the fact that you can delete pictures that don't come out the way you want them. Recommended to adults who don't have to have an ultra camera.

My main camera is a Canon Rebel xti but I have found many times where I don't have it with me or don't want to carry the larger camera so I went out looking for a small compact point and shoot that would fit in my wifes purse or in my pocket that could be carried with us all the time. The Nikon Coolpix was perfect for that. It is compact and still takes great pictures. It is also very simple to use. It is simple enough that my wife and the hole family can use it so now we are getting more great pictures then ever.

Nice size, good lay out so that your fingers are on the correct buttons, except that power is right beside shutter.
Changing setting/modes is not intuitive, although I'm sure that if I used them more I would get fast at changing between them.

This is a wonderful camera for carrying around with you everywhere. However, it is extremely sensitive to vibrations, even with technology meant to reduce such problems...they still exsist. Otherwise it's got many great features.

This camera takes great pictures and it is tiny. A lot easrier to walk around with than my bulky SLR. Battery life is pretty good, but when it dies the camera locks the shutter until a fresh battery is installed. So ,make sure to get an extra battery! The menus are not as user friendly as Canon, but for the price you can't beat the performace.
