Easy to use and excellent controls. Menus are simple to navigate. Video capability a plus. Shutter lag a minor annoyance. Noting some yellow "tinging" with indoor shots using AUTO setting. If disable flash and increase ISO, quality much better but takes a steady hand and subjects that aren't moving much. Overall a very solid point & shoot but I'll be happier when I get more comfortable with nuances of indoor photos.

I have just begun using this camera, so far I am very pleased with it. Good pictures and features. Good video ability.
The only thing I regret is not getting the S610C version which enables direct connection of power to the camera for battery recharging (the S610 requires the battery be removed and charged on a charging dock).

I use this product mostly to take pics of my students, who all have developmental disabilities. The short lag time makes it wonderfully easy to get great pics of the kids, even when they're in motion. The smile capture feature is also great for this purpose. It has stood up well to being taken with me in a bag, even without a camera case. My only complaint would be that the large LCD screen smudges easily, but is thankfully easy to clean!!

I've only owned it for about a month and I'm very pleased so far. I'm not getting the quality pics from indoor low light shots but I think it's me and not the camera. I need to try different settings for those moments. Overall, I love it.

I bought this as a secondary camera to my super zoom, more bulky camera. I needed something that I could carry in my purse and still get quality pictures, and this fits the bill. I really love this camera.

great for point and shoot without flash indoors due to 3200 iso. getting a lot into the pic indoors is easy with its 28mm lens. chose this over the s60 due to that. if you want mroe telefoto then pick a quasi slr. this camera is good for quick fun shots indoors or out. the only downside is the zoom seems to have discrete levels, so when u press it in movie mode, it will jerk up to the next point, not transition smoothly. all in all, it is a good point and shoot, and with 3200 iso, it does well in low light, and is small emough to fit in your front pocket.

Although I haven't really had a lot of time to learn of all of it's capabilities, I'm very happy with this camera. For the price it appears to be a great value. I'm slow to learn new equipment but find this is not intimidating at all!

This camera has a long shutter lag and it is almost impossible to take picture of a child. I owned canon and Casio in the past and I was happy with both brands until I lost one and dropped the other one in the pool. I am witting this review, because I wished I had read one review about this brand. No wonder the price is dropping everyday, I should known better. [...] I am going to return it.
