Great camera. Small and easy to use. Takes good pictures. Must get a memory card, internal memory only holds a handful of photos. I haven't used it enough to know how the battery holds up, but so far so good.

I carry this camera everywhere. It's tiny and fits easily in my pants/shirt pocket. I have yet to take a bad photo with it. Intelligent Auto mode works great but I prefer to use my own settings. Shoots incredible HD video with sound. LCD visible in direct sunlight a plus. I purchased the black one that gives it a professional look. My fifth digital camera since 2000 and by far the best.

Small/compact takes great point and shoot pics. Very easy to use. Mode selection dial moves rather easily need to double check before use. But overall a great camera for the $$$.

As good as this little money can buy you. I read some reviews where people were complaining about lag time. For this $ it's lightning fast! Really. Fantastic 8x zoom! The camera is small and easy to use. I also love the buttons with "mechanical feel" - so tired of everything digital! besides... it's nice to see "made somewhere else" once in a while (japan)

short start up time but long time between flashes.
on / off switch small but no risk of accidental turn on.
lens zoom silent
no possibility of finger coming in front of lens as with other camera i have owned

This camera is fantastic. Very easy to use and the menus make sense. My pictures were immediately better upon using. The colors more vibrant and the fully automatic mode is excellent.
