I first used it for cloudscaping and boy! the pictures turned out really nice! i love it! especially when i zoomed in the shot and take a pic i can see the linings of trees and every little details on that branch or leaf! i love it! and i wudn't tray it for any other one in the world! AND IT PLAYS MUSIC TOO! (during slideshow) ITS AWESOME! TOTAL WORTH THE BUY!

The camera delivered performance as promised. Wonderfully constructed, easy to use and get great photos. The Super Steady shot feature is awesome! We have a Fuji but my wife could never get a great photos. We read about this camera in Consumer Reports which received its highest rating.

I bought this camera because I needed to replace my Fuji Finepix 1400 1.3 megapixel from the year 2000. So in the January issue this was rated #1. I personally think my old Fuji took better pics in low light. The Sony is faster but pics are just ok at best.

I replaced a Sony DSC-W200 with this one after my wife dropped our old camera on the concrete. I've only had this model for a couple of weeks, but it's (a) very easy to use, and (b) takes INCREDIBLE pictures. I regularly take travel, art, architecture and nature photos which I blow up to 12" x 24" or larger for display, and they hold up just fine with this camera. I would strongly recommend it.

I needed this to replace a [$] canon sure shot that I wore out. like the round thingy , easier to use than having to go to a menu. gotta have feature-the viewfinder-can't take pictures with the other style that you hold out in front of yourself and look at the screen on the back, too much juddering...

I think its one of my best purchases. The quality of pictures is amazing. Even when its pitch dark, the picture comes out pretty well. They could have made it touch screen, but you'l get pretty used to the controls. Its sleek, stylish and fits perfectly into my hang bag. Overall Im happy with my purchase.
