The Samsung NX10 is a 14.6 megapixel camera is designed without a mirror box and pentaprism, making it compact and lightweight. It's the perfect size to carry with you everywhere, but it still has powerful features like HD quality video and an AF function for fast action shots. Equipped with an extra large APS-C size CMOS sensor, the NX10 produces rich and natural color and clear images. The image sensor minimizes noise, which degrades image quality. Images are not noisy even at high ISOs, so even in low light your images are sharp, and crisp.

I purchased this product as a small travel camera and to back up my DSLR. I was not surprised at the image quality since I have the same sensor in my Pentax K7.
I was very surprised at the ease of use. The menus are easily accessed and most control is by the use of dials & buttons as per my SLR. The focusing is fast for a contrast based system.
I also purchased a lens adaptor for Pentax lenses.
I first tried the aftermarket type (They dont work) I then purchased the Samsung which cost considerably more but works fine. In retrospect I may have spent just a little more to purchase the Samsung NX tele zoom instead.
I could go on, but my overall review is that this is a great camera. The camera has a few Firmware upgrades available but so far I have had trouble installing them, probably my error.

Easy handling-lots of buttons to access features instead of into the menu-I also bought an lens adapter for my OM Olympus 35 lens-Works great-It requires you to use manual exposure, but its so easy to set,and the pics come out just great. I am really enjoying this little NX10, and am glad I picked the Samsung. I'd do it again. Now to save up for the 30mm pancake lens! By the way, the standard 18-55 lens is pretty good as far as image quality and ease of operation. The manual focus option takes a little while to get used to, what with the central part of the image magnified
But it actually works quite good. Also, a big plus is the electronic viewfinder...It's great, and all the info thats on the rear led panel is also in the viewfinder. Its really a great feature
especially considering other cameras with no viewfinder at all. Its not quite as small as I had anticipated, but the size and weight is quite a bit less than my Pentax SLR. Something else about using it is the fun factor! Don't ask me why
but it's just fun to mess around with. Fun to use in all kind of shooting conditions. Great handling
camera. From the moment I picked it up, it just feels natural.
