I bought this lens for a recent trip to New Mexico and it did not disappoint. I found myself going to this lens time and time again with my Pentax K200D. 10-24mm is perfect for getting those vast landscapes I encountered (but still fully unable to attain completely.) I even accidently dropped it and watched it bounce and roll along a field. The lens cap popped off but it was still continue to function as pro. I was worried because of it's light weight. Great lens and highly recomened.

Comments about TAMRON B001P-700 10-24MM F3.5-4.5 DI II LD ASPHERICAL IF For Pentax:

An excellent WIDE angle value for landscape photography, it's very sharp when stopped down. It was a bit slow and not terribly sharp when wide open in low light but shotting under those conditions should be infrequent.
