The Sandisk Extreme IV cards have been in my kit for 2 years now, I just keep buying larger ones as my camera sensors get larger. These 8GB cards are great for the 5Dmk2 & 7D because they can store around 30min of 1080p video, so I'm not having to change cards every few minutes. VERY helpful.

And of course these are wicked fast when downloading with the Extreme card reader over FW800.

Super happy with this setup.

Bought this newest CF card for taking pictures at sporting events and car races. Fast write speed as well as capacity helps when taking action shots. Much faster than using the old Sandisk Ultra II cards. Price was a bit high but came with a $60.00 rebate SanDisk VISA card so price is very reasonable. Looking forward to my next photo shoot.

Used this memory card on a recent trip to Europe. It was great to be able to shoot 300 or so pictures at the highest resolution (RAW) without worrying about running out of space. I thought I took about 250 pictures, but when I downloaded all the files to my computer, there were 435. So I am not sure if it is the card or the camera that miscalculated the numbers.
I am disappointed that I did not receive the promised rebate. I would still recommend this product without a doubt.

Fast card though I did not find it whole lot faster than Extreme III . I use both of these cards for Nikon D700. Got these cards as Scandisk is/was offerring great rebate if you buy 3. After rebate price was not much higher than extreme III

Got these cards for my new D1 MarkIII. I take pictures for High School sports teams (volleyball, baseball) and these cards are prefect for the large storage capacity and the extremely fast read/write times!

This is my first experience with a camera using this type of card. I bought 3 for a trip to Europe. They appear fast and reliable. My son gave me an extreme 2 and I haven't been able to tell the difference. Maybe speed if I were doing multiple action shots but so far, either is fine.

I really like the extra capacity of this card, but in my older Canon 1Ds I think it takes a bit longer to write to and therefore my battery seems to last less. Great product, though!

I installed this in a 4th gen iPod to replace the bad hard drive. It's fast enough to play the music as well as transfer at a decent rate.
