My only issue with it was we bought it specifically because we have a new computer with Windows7. It was supposed to come with all software and Win7 compatability. However, we still had to go online and download and update several drivers to make it work with out computer. It took us several hours to set it up. But once we had that done, it was awesome! My concern would be for anyone else who buys it for the same reason who is not computer savy having the difficulty downloading the software.
