I use it with my motorcycle mounted on a helmet and it lasted the entire 8 hours. I use it with a Garmin 700 series GPS in full Stereo Bluetooth. I recommended it to a friend of mine and it worked great with the Motorola Droid for voice and stereo audio. Have not tried the microphone as I only wanted it for music while riding and I have not installed it.
