I have artificial knees and fibro myalgia. The Wii Fit and Wii Balance Board are perfect for me to get me moving and the exercises are ones I can do. It tracks my daily progress and the cute characters are fun to interact with. I absolutely LOVE it!!!!

I am using it every day!

Setup was really easy. Once you start to play, it's off to the races. The mild frustration you feel when you don't quite get it right increases the personal challenge, and time flies by. Before you know it you're playing for 45 minutes...and isn't that the point?

This is not a toy.
