If you are looking for a big screen experience in your home theater, this is the way to go. I have a relatively small room with eight old movie theater seats arranged in two rows of four and this unit delivers a screen width of 72 inches. I have a standard 1080p upconverting DVD player (not BlueRay) and a HD cable box and the HD803 delivers a great picture. It was easy to set up (I used a ceiling mount) and I am VERY happy with the result. The fan on this projector is a little noisy but the sound from the movie/TV will overpower it. If you use ceiling mount, make sure you have a high ceiling and do your homework with the projection calculator on the manufacturer's website.
