Pros:
Can do RF with extender, Can do some customizing, Easy to program, Easy to use, Fully lighted display, Help button, Lighted hard buttons, Rechargable battery, Reliable
Cons:
Buttons a little small, Don't drop it far, Hard for large fingers, Not static friendly
Best Uses:
Dark rooms, Home Theater Sytems, Simplify system operation, Sytems with many remotes

I would give it a best in its class rating. You can get better remotes for more money. However nothing can touch the 1100 in under $500.00 range. With RF extender you can hide your components out of sight.
