This heart rate monitor ring didn't work at all for me. I tried using it on all fingers both with and without the sizing insert. None of them worked. It got only occasional indications of picking up a heart beat and never, ever gave a reliable reading.
I hope Abe's is good about accepting a return of this worthless item.
