Arm levers should not wing out !!!

I like this product but have 2 problems with it.
1. The Arm Levers wing outward in awkward position causing both my wife and myself to have pain around the rotator cuff area. Need to make them straight and inline with a natural walking postision.
2. Had a noise at connection where right footpedal arm connects to brake. Metal was rubbing together. Need good lubricant to stop it.

We are very pleased with this product and saved just over $300 by ordering it online. We were concerned with putting it together, but when we received it, were able to put it together in 2 hours (by someone who usually never reads directions and always messes up something along the way)...it worked the very first time we turned it on. We don't think the calorie count is very precise and maybe the heart rate. But overall we are very happy with this piece of equipment!
