I don't have a ton of experience with exercise equipment, but I absolutely love working out on this elliptical. I've been training on it for about 3 months now and I have to say it works like a dream. My only complaint was the fan came broken but I decided against getting it replaced because I don't use it anyway. It worked out because I reused the metal protrusion the fan was mounted into as an iPad stand to watch shows/movies as I exercise! So I guess you could say this thing comes with an optional iPad stand if you can forgo the fan :-)

Good variety of workouts allows me to do different levels of cardio. The programs are easy to find and work through.

Great product. Bought the Schwinn 420 used at a yard sale about 2 months ago, but it was too wobbly and jerky for my 285 lb body. I came across the 431 for a great deal and I'm more than impressed. [...]

I use the product 4-5 times a week. The base is very stable and gives a smooth workout even at higher speeds. It is so quiet I can use it at any hour without disturbing any of my family.
