Overall, great machine. Very quiet and smooth so I can exercise while my baby is sleeping. I already lost 3 lbs for 1 week since I started exercising.

This product is great, assembly was easy. The only complaint I have is that when using the handles during the workout, I had to lean forward quite a bit, which makes the workout a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's suppose to be that way, so I just hold on to the front handle bar and keep my back straight. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the product.

I have used this machine every day since we received it. It was easy for my wife & I to put together, and I've been catching up on old movies while I workout on the machine. My wife prefers to go to the gym, but this is perfect for me. I come home from work, do my exercises, clean up, and then I'm ready for dinner and a relaxing evening.
