Comments about BodyCraft F611- Leg Extension/Curl Attachment:

This product is of good quality as one would expect with a BodyCraft product. Very little assembly. I am a short person with a very short inseam yet I find this product works just fine for me.

One added bonus is the pin that locks the device in place so it doesn't move. I put my bench in the decline position and with the leg extension/curl pin in place, I do back hyperextensions. I can't get a full range of motion but with some padding under my hips, I can actually use this device to work my lower back muscles if I work it slowly and squeeze.

My main complaint is that in the photo, it makes the attachment look like it will work for Olympic plates. It is made for the standard one inch hole plates and it does not come with an attachment for the Olympic plates. But you can purchase one for $12 that works just fine. In the photo I attached, you can see the Olympic plate adapter I added.

The only other way it could possibly be improved is if it fit closer to the seat of the bench to which it attaches. There is a pretty big gap but this has not hindered my workouts. This, of course, is not the fault of the leg extension/curl device but rather the bench.
