I bought these to use in conjunction with P90X. Buying a complete set of dumbells for me is was not an option due to space constraints and cost. I found it very easy to just select the desired weight and get on with my work out. I highly recommend these to anyone. Glad I bought them

Great for switching weight fast. Would suggest the stand. Thought I would be ok without it but eventually broke down and bought it. A little big but very manageable. Overall well worth the money.
