Sturdy, flexible home gym that's solid to use. Easy to change from exercise to exercise and also to different weights.
I also purchased the optional leg press machine. True, the main unit allows you to leg press, but for me I like the seated position for this exercise. So, for me, the extra cost was worth it.
I've only used it a couple of weeks, but I'm very pleased so far.
