The bike looks and works exactly as advertised. I did have approblem with it that is requiring a tech to come out to check, but so far the company is standing behind their product and is sending someone free of charge.

I was able to set up alone, but read directions because sometimes you don't immediately tighten bolts all the way till next piece on. I read of difficulties people had getting display wires up the stand.. there are two: do one at a time and they pull through fine. Get a 6volt 2 amp power cord made for another major brand (can't find a proform one) and save batteries: available at the anchor stores in your mall.

first of Abes of maine has been a good retailer and my negative feedback is directed straight to the manufacturer, seriously what were they thinking not including the power adapter or at least the first set of batteries WITH the purchase of their product? they are only keeping people from recommending their product to others. Ok I understand they want money, so add the 80 dollars for the adapter into the original price of the unit and ship it WITH the product and nobody would have a problem. But really, i purchase a fairly expensive product and i actually expect to use it when i get it? man i must be out of my mind

Very nice bike. I highly recommend this bike for any level of fitness. It is so easy to use and easy to get in and out of.

Though it says "two person assembly" I (5'2 220lbs) did it myself with very little difficulty in a little over an hour. This machine adjusts very well to accommodate this short, "big boned" (lol) woman. I use the games feature a lot and before I know it 30-45 minutes have gone by. I've had the machine assembled for about 3 weeks now, and it's attributed to about a 25lb weightloss. I am very happy that I chose this model, because I got a couple of the ifit workout cards to use with it also. I LOVE THIS BIKE!!!

Product seems rugged, but mine was welded together with the legs out of alignment in the front. It also came with a broken plastic cover that I glued in place rather than wait for a replacement. Despite these problems, the bike is fun to use and definitely builds up a sweat. I just wish the quality control was better on the build. From what I read, it was built in China. If there are other bikes with similar features in the same price range, I would probably be inclined to look closely at them before buying this one. Another note, the controls on the bike take a little getting used to. Set up with IPOD style navigation. Personally, I would have preferred straightforward buttons to gliding my finger in a circle until I get the right menu item. It is too easy to glide past the item you want to select.

This is a great bike for the money. The only con I have is that the touch screen is very touchy. You also need an AC adapter to plug it in as the batteries do not last long. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this bike for the money. It is very sturdy, has an oversized, very comfortable seat and has some neat features such as the built-in games, ifit card support and mp3 player connection. The only dislike is the control panel navigation but that is fairly minor in comparison to the other features.

Daily comfortable exercise for 20-40 min. Quite happy overall but recommended 4 D batteries don't last long. When I called company to order AC adapter I was told it is now on sale for around 30 dollars. Originally was 79 dollars!! Ridiculous!
