As stated, a great rower. It is the basic model, though it has the same resistance mechanism as the higher end ones. NOTE: the S4 monitor is not included. Mine came with the A1 monitor, or its equivalent- which is very competent, but does not have some of the bells and whistles of the S4 monitor. Still a smooth, quiet machine and a terrific workout.
