This treadmill has a motor with enough power for a 300lb person. Incline and speed 10% and 10mph are enough for a real run! The foot bed is definately long enough to feel comfortable while running or walking. This is very good quality and a great value!

Was pleasantly surprised at how easy the setup went. Definately needs two people for setup. Motor is good and responsive with a long deck makes it easier to actually run on this machine.
