Is best used in smaller room but can be used for more if installed in correct place for highest air movement. We use two ceiling fans which helps it move from kitchen wall into living room and den and down hall areas. Only draw back this is the largest btu we could get for our electrical situation in home. Otherwise value is fantastic. This model is excellent choice. [...] Thanks.
