This is a nice unit. Quiet & easy to use, but the air it puts out is not really cold enough for my liking.

I placed the air conditioner in a medium bedroom and it has no problem cooling the entire room quickly and efficiently. The remote and on/off scheduling are great features. It is a little heavy, but that is to be expected, and the GE quality is great.

The only problem I had was that I measured the box in the wall and Abe's showed that this was indeed the size. Well, it did not fill the casing in the wall and I had to put packing material around the sides, since it looks like Abe's does not exchange or refund air conditioners or I would have returned it. I'm in an apartment building and cannot use window air conditioners. I see some people have said this A/C is noisy, but to me it is on par with every other A/C. Yes, you have to play the TV a little louder, but I have found that with every air conditioner. Love the remote control. [...]

The best part was installation - it slipped right in to the wall sleeve. It's also lighter and nicer looking than the one it replaced.
