I love all of the features side shelves, hinged lid, Rotessire.Instructions say to use the preheat setting, much too low heat. I put an oven thermometer in the grill after 25 minutes only got up to 425.
Such a shame, very disappointed

Very good option if you need to use an electri grill (i.e. condo owners that cannot use gas or charcoal). Product cooks evenly. Timer settings are great. Great searing & nice grill marks.

Negatives....very hard to assemble. Directions are very poor. Fairly hard to clean the grill cooking surface since the heating element and top grill are intertwined.
