The product is great to use. even cooking, controlled heat, however, the light color glass top requires more to keep clean and new looking. We have two. One in our summer home is black in color and requires a lot less cleaning than the one we use more often which is the bisque color.
I have found that a razor blade and glass top cleaner keeps it looking like new. Just a little more effort.
