Comments about JENN-AIR JES8850BAB 30-in Electric Smoothtop Slide-In Range - Black:

This beautiful oven has great features but don't buy it. We have had ours for 2 years (since July 2006), paid [$] for it and have had one minor and three major repairs. First, a knob broke off (cheap plastic, flimsy design). The triple burner stopped working in August 2007;[...] Had to order that part four times, took 6 weeks to get a part that was not smashed to pieces. The oven control panel stopped working in February 2008;[...] Repaired in end of Feb 08. November 2008 the oven control panel broke AGAIN! The part is on back order. I will NOT have an oven for Christmas baking or for Christmas dinner! Don't buy this oven!!!
