The digital oven control offers several options, either by time or temperature. The temperature probe in combination with the convection cooking feature works well with poultry. The LP kit is included, but the conversion could be confusing if you are inexperienced in doing them. The 2-element burner works great.. but don't allow a boil-over of anything sticky or you'll have to disassemble the complex burner to clean it. Personal experience talking.
