This dishwasher was really easy to install -- saved [$] by installing it ourselves!It's quiet...need I say more? It cleans everything really well. No more rinsing & cleaning before dishes go into the dishwasher. The only drawback for me is that it's not that easy to load efficiently. The higher models have a more configurable rack, but this is such a minor drawback. As time goes by I will figure out the optimal way to load this machine with our dishes.Huge improvement over our old machine -- saves energy, better cleaning, super quiet

Good for 2 person household. One negative other reviews had was lack of capacity, and if you want to quibble about it, that is probably true. But for our purposes, it is just right.
Suprisingly low cost per year to use was great to see. Noise level is low, but not as low as the really expensive ones, which this is not. All in all, it arrived without problems, works fine, and hopefully will last for some time. We are happy with the purchase, the price, and with buying it from Abe's on the internet.

We bought this 100% based on Consumer Reports [@]rating it as a great cleaner, and energy efficient.It is a nice looking machine, very quiet, yet does not clean as well (especially the top tray) as we had bargained/hoped for, which is upsetting. The bottom trail derails really really easily. You have to slide it in holding it right in the center or the whole thing jams up, and that is cleary due to design, not a fault of the particular one we got.Also: The inside looks smaller that it is due to grey racks and steel interior. Loading configuration is average.
