Is very quiet and cleans well. I haven't noticed the plastics not drying problem, but I run the dishwasher on "night rate" which means I set the delay timer to start when my electric rates go down (which has great flexibility for scheduling intervals) and they have most of the night to dry before I see them.
The thing is quiet - I can run it in the kitchen and the only way I notice any noise is when water is being drawn in from the noise in the pipes in the kitchen.
