[...] The bottom feet were broken and tweaked so bad, we had to get creative at bending the metal around so it would stand normally.Besides the damage, the dishwasher is very quiet and seems to clean well. The top tray is very sticky and does not pull out easily. When it does come out, it stops about 80% of the way making it difficult to load glasses into the back of the rack. Should be smoother and come all the way out like the bottom rack does. Sliders look like cheap plastic. The stainless steel inside is very nice and seems to allow the heat to be retained for good drying.I've just had it a few days, so there may be other things to learn about this one. All in all, it's not bad enough for me to complain, but I'm certainly not happy with the way it showed up.
