We use the microwave for cooking rice, heating and re-heating certain foods, although this product is capable of much more than that.

Pros: very stylish, quality construction, powerful venting, good lighting, very versatile (eg lots of pre-programmed cooking operations available with one key-press).

Cons: the keypad looks and feels a little cluttered until you've learned where everything is.

I'll admit that it did take a few tries to become comfortable with them, but I'm guessing that's because I'm used to cheaper products that have only a few functions.
