The top ridges of the stainless steel are out of alignment and cannot be adjusted. It's only an aesthetic problem so I'm willing to overlook it as long as the microwave does what its expected to do. Since we just installed it a few weeks ago we haven't used it all that much. I do like the fact the turntable can be turned off, there is also a shelf that can be attached if needed. Easy functions and according to my husband, installation was painless.

We got this product in early December and have used it for a few weeks now. It has a great look. We have all Gallery Series appliances and this is replacing an 8 year old Gallery microwave. This actually matches better than our original one. So far it works perfectly. The install was quick as everything lined up from the previous model. [...] The price was the best as well. When you add it all up, it was a perfect purchase of a very good product.

Was very easy to install. Looks fabulous over my stove. Love the two different light settings, I use one for a nightlight in the kitchen. Cooks evenly. Controls are easy to use, even setting the clock was easy when we lost our power the other night.

Love the look of this microwave and the fact that it can defrost a pound of frozen turkey in just 5 minutes with the speed defrost option. Only con I've discovered so far is that the fan is really noisy (though the microwave is not) and all the buttons take a little getting used to since there are so many of them. Overall a great buy!

I purchased this after my very expensive 3 year old JennAir microwave broke. I couldn't justify the repair cost, so I purchased the Frigidaire as a replacement. It was fairly priced, it was easy to install, it's attractive and it fits my needs (reheating, cooking frozen meals, boiling water). The stainless doesn't exactly match up with the stainless of my JennAir range, but I digress.
I've had the microwave installed for about a month now and so far so good. In addition, my history with Frigidaire has been pretty good. I've used them in my rental properties and thus far they've withstood the use of various tenants. I guess that's a good sign.

I use this for basic microwave functions: defrosting, heating soup, heating leftovers, making tea, etc. It works well. However, for my uses, most of the controls and buttons are superfluous. The layout of the display is confusing; too many buttons and functions for heating that I will never use. All the buttons are basically the same size and in shades of gray. I would prefer a unit with fewer choices of specific buttons.
