It's a good unit, we were replacing our old one of a different model that went kaput after 8 yrs. [...].It seems to heat well and quickly (of course I'm comparing to a much older unit).When you use the cooking/reheating options, you have no idea how much time it's actually going to cook, so it takes some time to experiment with which settings will work the best for your food. The controls aren't all that intuitive. There were several times in the beginning, especially during setup, that I got something to work without really knowing how I did it.
