Works very well, but the fan's noisy and the controls a bit confusing: push "reheat" when you mean "defrost" can result in a fire as the food is overheated. Don't ask how we know this.
The oven door handle was defective - only the top mounting screw was installed - out of the box. GE service promptly drop-shipped a replacement, but the replacement arrived looking like it'd been sat on by an elephant. The replacement replacement was fine.
