Installed a few days before Thanksgiving. Was a BIG help throughout the day. We used it like another oven. Had to get used to life without a keypad but the "knob" works fine. Really good buy.

We love this microwave, but it came and was installed and did not work. We called GE they came out, ordered the part, came out again and it worked. Within hours of them leaving it was rattling. So they came out again and now all is well!
